Justice and equity - We work for the rights and dignity of all members of our community regardless of race, immigration status, gender, religion or identity.
The Community - The working-class immigrants of central Minnesota that we have been working with for more than 4 years. We have around 2,000 members, 70 leaders and volunteers. Together we identify new members, provide support to those experiencing emergency situations and education to those who want to know their rights. We feel identified with the community we work in, and we are deeply proud of our achievements.
Leadership - For Fe y Justicia it has been possible to grow in different areas of Central Minnesota thanks to the leaders who have joined our organization. Together we have provided leadership training to community members, with the purpose of organizing ourselves around the topics/problems/situations that surround us.
